TRADE MEMBERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Membership is granted upon verification and approval of trade status and is at the sole discretion of Union Lighting and Furnishings.
Membership is not transferable. A membership card and/or access to the member area of the site can only be used by the registrant or their authorized personnel.
The membership card is not a credit card; and is the property of Union Lighting and Furnishings. Members are not entitled to credit terms unless prior approved.
Contravention of these terms can result in membership termination.
Membership in the program, and the trade program itself, can be cancelled at any time by either party.
Union is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards, or for any unauthorized use. Lost, stolen or damaged cards may be canceled and replaced at our sole discretion.
Trade discounts are not valid with any other offer or on sale items. Discount applies to selected regular priced merchandise.
Trade accounts(members) will be responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, service charges, and other fees on the discounted amounts, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
